TEAM Ken and Alice

I cannot express with words how efficient and thorough Ken & Alice were in getting me to close on my rental. I had been looking for a place like the one I closed on for some time. I knew this location was the right fit for me & my dog and Ken understood it. From the time of first contact with Ken, to getting the keys, took only 5 days! Nothing was rushed or forced upon me, and through every hurdle that came up Ken & Alice were right on top of them with solutions and/or alternatives. Super friendly, super knowledgeable, super personable. 10/5 stars!

TEAM Ken and Alice

Working with Alice and Ken has truly been a blessing for us, not just once, but twice. They helped us buy our very first home back in 2019, and when it came time to sell that home and find our next one, we immediately knew we wanted to work with them again. This time around, they guided us through both the sale and the purchase with so much care and commitment. They heard our needs, and expectations, and, were very responsive (Alice would even text you back middle of night, if you reach out). They made sure the entire process felt smooth and manageable. They also connected us with trusted professionals, which made everything feel so much easier and less overwhelming. They coordinated our closing dates, checked in on us constantly, and were there for every question, big or small. And when our movers created a terrible experience, they even stepped in to help us navigate that moment. That level of support is something we will never forget. Through all of this, they have been more than realtors. They've been genuine friends - people who truly cared about us and looked out for us every step of the way. We are so grateful for their kindness, patience, and dedication. They've earned our trust for life, and we're lucky to now call them friends for life. We couldn't recommend them more highly.
