TEAM Ken and Alice

If you want agents that would go above and beyond to help you, you will need to look NO further. Hire Kenneth and Alice. They were both exceptional and totally beyond my expectation. They have helped me to secure my rental property in 3 appointments. 1st appointment, we saw the property. 2nd appointment, we met the owner. 3th appointment, we signed. Here is our story in glory detail. When I saw a listing of a rental property in Great Neck within the price range I wanted, I immediately jumped on it. I realized that no matter how fast I wanted to move, I can't if my agent doesn't move the same pace as I am. Regardless, I emailed the listing on realtor.com and I was immediately connected to Kenneth and Alice. Without knowing anything about this duo team, I decided to try them because time is the essence. Timing is crucially important to me because 3 bedrooms within my price range are pretty hard to come by in Great Neck. I told Kenneth and Alice that I needed to see the property that same weekend and they said not a problem. They booked an appointment immediately on that same week. After much negotiation on the terms and condition of the property between the listing agent, Kenneth & Alice and myself, we signed on the 3rd week after initially seeing it.

I cant express how grateful I am to have found such an understanding duo like Ken and Alice. As a first time home owner I found it overwhelming when purchasing a home. But with the help of Ken and Alice they were able to find us what we wanted. Any questions I had I could always count on Alice to help us out. I still call Alice if I dont understand something! I felt like they were looking out for our best interest and would recommend them 100% percent whether your buying or selling your home.

My husband and I met Ken and Alice at an open home they were hosting; the moment we met them we knew they were fully capable of finding our dream home! They took time to listen to our needs, concerns, and answer ALL of the many questions we had as first time home buyers! They are such a valuable resource! With Ken and Alice you don't need to do any other outside research- they come with great recommendations for all your home buying needs from closing on a house to moving in and needing oil delivery, utility set up, area information and more! We put an offer on our dream home they found for us in 1 day and closed 30 days later! That was In between my husband and I taking a week vacation in California too. They are stress free, ORGANIZED, passionate, and have a wealth of knowledge that all will benefit from when buying a home! A real pleasure to work with.
